Nick the performer

So Nick has turned into a pretty articulate two year old, and I have to admit I find him really cute! While I find everything he does to be precious (he is my kid after all). Here are come things that you might also find cute.

He loves to perform all of the sounds that animals make that he is aware of, but our favorite is what an elephant says, to which Nick replies "ol tide" (a.k.a. Roll Tide) needless to say he was saying that a lot last night, along with touchdown while throwing his arms in the air to create the official touchdown signal. Oh yeah RTR, last night marked number 15 for the Crimson Tide.

Another thing Nick is obsessed with doing is Dancing. Anytime music begins playing from one of his toys or on the T.V. Nick says "DANCE" and begins his toddler grooving, he actually has some good moves and rhythm. He also likes to make those in the room dance with him by pointing and saying... "YOU DANCE" Even his toys are fair game for the dance party as he will pick up a stuffed animal like Elmo and have Elmo dance with him as well. Usually during the Dance sessions he will go into every toddlers favorite past-time of spinning around until they fall down, I swear they love it...maybe it is the lightheaded feeling they get from "pinning" as it is called in our house. His favorite artist is probably Pitbull who seems to be on every commercial known to man these days, I think he like the "wicked beats."

The other performance that Nick does pretty frequently right now was taught to him by Deenie. He points to his Eyes and says "I" followed by crossed arms "WUVE" and points at you "U". Hearing him say and act out I love you will absolutely melt your heart. When Deenie was leaving Disney World and we almost missed her  leaving because we slept late he ran onto the bus she was leaving on and did his "I love you number" he pretty much won over the entire bus and certainly Deenie
