It wouldn't be fair to post about Nick's toddler cuteness without giving an update on our Brennan. She is doing really well and absolutely takes my breath away with her beauty every minute of every day. It isn't just me either, a lady at Disney World asked if she was a doll in our stroller (she is still pretty small). One of the performers at the festival of the Lion King actual point at her (we scored front row seats) and mouthed she is beautiful from the stage.
Brennan has entered the infant stage where she can start to really see her surrounding and reach and grasp for objects. I always like when they get to this stage because they seem so much more aware of their surrounding and seem to "talk" to you more through their cooing, smiles, and eye contact. She make me swoon with her smiles and talking but the person she really lights up for is Nick, when he leans his head so far into her bouncy she can reach his face. It is absolutely precious, but I find the inner-mom in me saying "Nick please don't sneeze or cough in her face..." but what can you do. She adores her big brother and I think he is pretty fond of her too!
